The sweet, sensual ‘rebellious’ Tanya Stephens enchants the crowd with her reggae melodies mixed with a touch of soul. When the show ends and she finally leaves, a sudden sadness seizes her hailing fans. Now Rayvon warms up the crowd for “Mr. Boombastic” and when Shaggy shows up, the enormous public reaction of more than twenty thousand people, is literally deafening. I’ve never seen such huge crowd of people just for one artist in any other edition! Flames light up the entire valley for the one and only Shaggy in his European tour. Extraordinary show, inna Red Stripe Reggae Sumfest. The honor are left to him to close the last blazing night of Rototom. In the meanwhile at the dancehall tent, Sentinel, in the style of a true war machine, and winner of the 2005 World Clash, has already started playing.

At least 150 thousand people, coming from all over the world, made the 14th edition of the Rototom Sunsplash unforgettable. A massive reggae festival with strong upright character, original and unique! Believe it!
